I broke the back glass plate on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, and Sam did an amazing job repairing it for a good price, more than 50% less than the first place I consulted. He was very friendly and honest when recommending repair options and cases to me, providing great advice to maintain my phone health. I was able to drop it off in the evening and Sam had it ready for pick up the afternoon of the next day. The quality of the repair looks incredible and it is as good as new. I had doubts that my phone could ever look this close to new again without spending a fortune but Sam exceeded my expectations in service and product quality. I will be sure recommend him to anyone who needs an affordable quality repair with quick and honest service. ~ Joshua R

👌 wow, my phone was ran over by a transport truck, and this location repaired all my phone parts to brand new one by one, installed it from an other original phone to mine! Even cheaper than all other locations I priced!!! Wow this has been the best 👌 so far I ever seen with great attitude and clean work!!!! 👏 what more could you ask for? My phone recently decided to take an unplanned swim in the sink, and Raheem at TELEZE in Masonville Mall was the lifeguard it needed. 🏊‍♂️📱 He spent a great deal of time diagnosing the issue, eventually identifying a damaged motherboard, and still went above and beyond trying to revive it and transition my data to an alternate phone. I recently visited Telze at Masonville Mall to get my phone repaired. Even though they weren’t able to fully fix it, they went above and beyond in their service. They tested another battery to confirm that the issue was with the motherboard and provided me with great advice on what steps to take next. Needed my iphone screen fixed, every other place I went to quoted insane amounts and long waits. Lastly I stopped by this place... best decision ever!! My phone was fixed for a very good price and was literally done in 15 minutes! Not to mention the owner also took the time to clean out my charging pod and the speakers.
